摘要

为解决传统柱-柱连接精度要求高而导致施工效率低下的问题,设计了一种C型卡槽抗剪连接件.通过6 组C型卡槽抗剪连接件的推出试验,分析新型连接件的荷载-滑移特性,探讨型钢的预埋长度、黏结周长以及型钢的位置对卡槽极限承载力和黏结滑移性能的影响,并给出了试件的本构模型.结果表明:C型卡槽抗剪连接件极限平均黏结应力较文中对比的型钢混凝土提高了45%~87%;型钢的预埋长度和黏结周长的增加能够有效的提高试件的黏结滑移性能,型钢的位置变化对黏结滑移性能影响不大;较传统型钢混凝土,C型卡槽更好地约束了灌浆料的横向变形,赋予试件良好的延性,能够有效避免灌浆料的开裂.

Abstract

To solve the problem of low efficiency caused by the high accuracy requirements of traditional column-column connection,a C-type slot shear connector is carried out.Through the push-out test of six groups of C-type slot shear connectors,the load-slip characteristics of the new connectors are analyzed,and the effects of the em-bedded length,bond perimeter,and position of the section steel on the ultimate bearing capacity,and bond-slip performance of the clamping groove are discussed,and the constitutive model of the shear bearing capacity of the specimens is given.The results show that the ultimate average bonding stress of the C-type slot shear connector is increased by 45%~87%compared with the reinforced steel concrete in the paper,and the increase of the embed-ded length and bond perimeter of the section steel can effectively improve the bond-slip performance of the speci-men,and the position change of the section steel has little effect on the bond-slip performance.Compared with traditional steel reinforced concrete,the C-type slot shear connector can restricts the lateral deformation of the grout better,give the specimen good ductility,and effectively avoids the cracking of the grout.
