以阜阳某大理岩石材幕墙项目为背景,采用Abaqus软件研究风荷载对不同尺寸幕墙石板的影响机理.结果显示:槽口距板边缘距离对槽口处应变影响小,但导致石板位移波动,70~80 mm范围内变形最大,达到 3%;槽口距板边缘距离对应力影响大,随着距离增加,应力呈"山峰"型曲线,90 mm处峰值最大;适当增加槽口距离可提高应力值,但超出范围则会导致应力下降,位移平均值接近90 mm.通过数值模拟方法分析了石板的应力应变变化规律,有助于评估石板结构的稳定性和安全性,对类似工程提供了技术参考.
Study on the Influence of Different Slot Positions on Stone Curtain Wall
Based on a marble curtain wall project in Fuyang,this study uses Abaqus software to study the mecha-nism of wind load on different size curtain wall slabs.The results show that the distance between the notch and the edge of the slab has little effect on the strain at the notch,but causes the displacement of the slab to fluctu-ate,and the deformation reaches 3%in the range of 70~80 mm.The distance between groove and edge of plate has a great influence on the stress.With the distance increasing,the stress presents a"Peak"curve,and the peak value at 90mm is the largest.Increasing the notch distance properly can increase the stress value,but exceeding the range will cause the stress to decrease,and the average displacement is closer to 90mm.Through the data simulation analysis,the variation law of the stress and strain of the stone slab is deeply analyzed,which is helpful to evaluate the stability and safety of the stone slab structure,and provides technical reference for similar projects.
