摘要
建筑工程是一个复杂而庞大的系统工程,涉及到多个专业的协调与合作.随着社会的不断进步,人们对建筑工程质量的要求也越来越高,而在建筑工程施工的过程中,为了保障工程建设的顺利进行,需要对其进行科学合理的进度管理,进而提升工程建设的质量.探讨进度管理在建筑工程质量管理中的应用方法,即管理制度的编制、风险管理的方法等.通过对进度管理环节的有效实施,能够对建筑工程质量管理进行优化.
Abstract
Construction engineering is a complex and huge system engineering,involving the coordination and co-operation of many professions.With the continuous progress of society,people have higher and higher require-ments for the quality of construction projects.In the process of construction,in order to ensure the smooth pro-gress of construction,it is necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable progress management to improve the quality of construction projects.This paper discusses the application method of progress management in construc-tion engineering quality management,that is,the preparation of management system and the method of risk man-agement.Through the effective implementation of progress management,the quality management of construction projects can be fundamentally optimized.
