摘要

近年来,随着机器学习等新兴数据分析技术的快速发展,不仅数据科学被确立为新的本科专业,其相关技术也被大量应用在农业领域.在新的时代背景下,增强农科学生的数据分析能力、促进农学与数据科学的交叉融合成为加快新农科建设的重要方向之一.然而,目前国内农林院校开设数据科学导论课程的极少,尤其缺乏以问题为导向并结合最新分析工具的数据科学课.对此,以甘肃农业大学数据科学导论课程为例,介绍并分析课程目标、内容设计和教学实践等情况,同时提出开展相关课程的建议.以期为新农科背景下农林院校开展数据科学导论课程建设、培养新型农业人才提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,with the rapid development of emerging data analysis technologies such as machine learning,data science not only has been established as a new undergraduate major,but its related technologies have also been widely applied in the field of agriculture.In the new era,improving the data analysis ability of ag-ricultural students and promoting the discipline integration of agriculture and data sciencehas become one of the important directions to accelerate the construction of new agricultural science.However,there are very few intro-duction courses on data science offered in agricultural and forestry universities in China,especially those that are problem-oriented and incorporate the latest analytical tools.Taking the introduction course of data science at Gan-su Agricultural University as an example,this paper introduces and analyzes the courses objectives,content desig-nand teaching effects of the course,and further puts forward some suggestions for developing related courses.This study will provide reference for agricultural and forestry universities to carry outconstruction of introduction cour-ses on data science and train new agricultural talents under the background of new agricultural science.
