摘要

针对带式输送机运行过程中的能耗优化问题,基于数字孪生建立了带式输送机智能带速优化模型.首先建立了基于数字孪生的带式输送机仿真模型和数据模型,分为 3 个阶段分别从几何、物理、行为的角度建立了高保真带式输送机仿真模型,并结合输送机实际运行情况建立了数据模型,实现了带式输送机运行过程的实时映射;其次通过分析带式输送机运行能耗的影响因素,建立了带式输送机能耗计算模型,并基于能耗计算模型采用PSO-RBF建立了带式输送机能耗预测模型,实现了带式输送机能耗的准确预测;最后分为3 个阶段建立了带式输送机带速控制模型,实现基于数字孪生的带式输送机的能耗优化.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of energy consumption optimization during the operation of belt convey-or,an intelligent belt speed optimization model of belt conveyor is established based on digital twin.Firstly,a vir-tual model and data model of the belt conveyor based on digital twins are established.It is divided into three sta-ges to establish a high-fidelity virtual model of the belt conveyor from the perspectives of geometry,physics,and behavior.The data model is established based on the actual operation of the conveyor,which is developed to real-ize real-time mapping of the belt conveyor operation process.Secondly,by analyzing the influencing factors of belt conveyor operation energy consumption,a belt conveyor energy consumption calculation model is established.Based on the energy consumption calculation model,a belt conveyor energy consumption prediction model is es-tablished by using PSO-RBF,and the accurate prediction of energy consumption of belt conveyor is realized.Fi-nally,a belt conveyor belt speed control model is established in three stages to achieve belt conveyor energy con-sumption optimization based on digital twins.
