In order to solve the problems existing in the current land transfer plan,such as lack of intuitive pres-entation,inconvenient data processing,insufficient statistical analysis,and inconvenient data sharing,on the basis of a thorough investigation of land transfer business,one-map system of municipal land transfer plan is constructed based on MVC architecture and WebGIS technology.One-map system effectively solves the above problems,ena-bling citizens and users in related industries to quickly and accurately obtain the required land information,great-ly improving the efficiency of land resource utilization and market transparency.One-map system optimizes land resource management and information sharing to support local economic development and governance.
