摘要

针对含油废水排放对水体环境造成严重破坏的问题,提出了一种基于超疏水材料和自动化技术的油水分离装置.通过数控设备精确控制装载有油水分离器的机械臂的运动,实现取水口在水箱中的自由移动,从而显著提高油水分离效率;利用真空抽吸作用结合超疏水-超亲油材料的特殊性质,使整个分离过程既快速又高效,分离出的油纯度高,且符合环保标准,能够高效、环保地处理不同环境下的油水污染,便于后续的油资源回收和二次利用.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the discharge of oily wastewater caused serious damage to the water envi-ronment,a kind of oil-water separation device based on super-hydrophobic materials and automatic technology is proposed.The movement of the arm loaded with the oil-water separator is precisely controlled by the numerical control device to realize the free movement of the water intake in the water tank,thus significantly improving the oil-water separation efficiency;the use of vacuum suction combined with the special properties of super-hydropho-bic-super-lipophilic materials makes the whole separation process fast and efficient,and the separated oil has high purity,and meets environmental protection standards,which can deal with oil and water pollution in different en-vironments efficiently and environmentally,and facilitate the subsequent recovery and secondary utilization of oil resources.
