商用清洁机器人吸水系统噪声机理及降噪分析

针对吸水系统的噪声问题,以某型商用清洁机器人的吸水系统为例,通过频谱分析和CAE仿真分析,对主要分布在吸水电机内部、吸水管道入口连接处和出风管道出风口处的吸水系统噪声源开展了降噪方案研究,并研制了样机进行验证.结果表明:通过在吸水电机包裹缓冲垫和外罩、适当增加水管道入口连接处的直径和出风管道直径等优化措施,样机整体噪声降低了6.5 dB,降噪效果明显.
Noise Mechanisms and Noise Reduction Analysis of Water Absorption System of Commercial Cleaning Robots
In response to the noise issue of the water absorption system,this article takes the water absorption system of a certain commercial cleaning robot as an example,through spectrum analysis and CAE simulation anal-ysis,the noise reduction scheme of the water absorption system noise sources mainly distributed in the interior of the water absorption motor,the inlet connection of the water absorption pipeline and the outlet of the air outlet pipeline is studied.and a prototype is manufactured for verification.The experimental results show that the overall noise of the prototype is reduced by 6.5 dB by wrapping a buffer pad and outer cover around the suction motor,and appropriately increasing the diameter of the water pipeline inlet connection and the outlet pipeline.After opti-mization,the noise reduction effect is significant.
