考虑小型振动冲击式打桩机的塑性碰撞系统,分析系统发生冲击振动和渐进运动的条件,讨论了系统可能呈现的不同运动状态;应用数值仿真辨识了系统在两参数平面内的稳定周期吸引子的模式及参数域,并结合单参数分岔图、相图、时间历程图和吸引域揭示了系统中 1/n,1-/n,2/2n和2-/2n(n≥1)等吸引子的分岔特性,得出了Sliding分岔、real-Grazing分岔和bare-Grazing分岔的产生条件.结果表明:振动器与桩架间的粘滞特性和擦碰奇异性是导致塑性碰撞振动系统独特动力学特性的重要原因,最终确定了产生最佳渐进效果时的系统参数.
Periodic Vibration and Bifurcation of Small Vibration Impact Pile Driver
Considering the plastic collision system of small vibration impact pile driver,the conditions of impact vibration and progressive motion of the system are analyzed.The possible different motion states of the system are discussed.The numerical simulation is used to identify the mode and parameter domain of the stable periodic at-tractor of the system in the two-parameter plane,and the bifurcation characteristics of the 1/n,1-/n,2/2n and 2-/2n(n≥1)attractor in the system are revealed by combining the single-parameter bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,time history diagram and attraction domain.The conditions for generating Sliding bifurcation,real-Graz-ing bifurcation and bare-Grazing bifurcation are obtained.The results show that the viscous characteristics and rubbing singularity between the vibrator and the pile frame are the important reasons for the unique dynamic char-acteristics of the plastic collision vibration system,and the system parameters for producing the best progressive effect are finally determined.
