GH4169 高温合金强度高、硬度大,钻削加工中易发生加工硬化,刀具磨损严重.利用有限元仿真软件DEFORM-3 建立仿真钻削模型,通过正交仿真试验研究钻削加工参数与刀具磨损之间的关系.利用极差分析、方差分析研究各参数对刀具磨损的影响规律,获得切削用量的最优方案.结果表明:主轴转速对刀具磨损产生影响最大,钻削深度产生影响最小.
Study on Effect of Cutting Parameters on Tool Wear of Drilling CH4169 Superalloy
GH4169 superalloy has high strength and high hardness and is prone to work hardening and serious tool wear during drilling.The simulation drilling model is established by using finite element simulation software DEFORM-3,and the relationship between drilling parameters and tool wear is studied by orthogonal simulation test.The influence of various parameters on tool wear is studied by using range analysis and variance analysis,and the optimal scheme of cutting parameters is obtained.The results show that the spindle speed has the greatest effect on tool wear and the drilling depth has the least effect.
