为改善锂离子电池的循环以及倍率快充性能需要对LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4进行改性,通过包覆羟基氧化钴,烧结后表面形成具有三价Co的钴化合物包覆物,高价态的Co化合物具有较高的锂离子扩散系数和电子电导率,可以显著提高LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4界面处锂离子扩散速率和电化学反应速率,改善LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4的循环和低温性能.
Analysis of Electro-chemical Properties of LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 Coated with Hydroxyl Cobalt
In order to improve the cycling and rate fast charging performance of Lithium-ion batteries,LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 needs to be modified.In this paper,hydroxylated cobalt oxide is coated and sintered to form a cobalt compound coating with trivalent Co on the surface.The high valence Co compound has a high lithium-ion diffu-sion coefficient and electronic conductivity,which can significantly improve the lithium-ion diffusion rate and electro-chemical reaction rate at the LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 interface,and improve the cycling and low-temperature per-formance of LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4.
