This paper explores the integration of Chat GPT technology and education and teaching,aiming to pro-vide innovative methods and practices to improve students'learning experience and teaching outcomes.Firstly,the basic principles and characteristics of Chat GPT are introduced,and then the application fields of Chat GPT in education and teaching are discussed,including personalized teaching,intelligent auxiliary functions,student interaction and language communication.Subsequently,the challenges and opportunities of the integration of Chat GPT and education and teaching are discussed,and innovative methods and practices to solve these challenges are proposed.Finally,the potential and future development direction of the integration of Chat GPT and education and teaching are summarized.
