预应力UHPC轻型化锚固系统局部承压研究

针对预应力混凝土结构建设中锚固区构造简化问题,提出了一种轻型化锚固体系,并通过有限元分析方法,研究UHPC锚固区的受力性能.结果表明:在设置传统锚垫板与不设置传统锚垫板的情况下,锚固区局压承载力数值相差不大且差值在 1%左右;锚后设置螺旋钢筋能够有效的提升局压承载力,设置螺旋筋较不设置螺旋筋的局部承载力差值均在 20%及以上,并且在设置锚后螺旋筋后,结构的延性得到了很大提升;在不同局压比情况下,局压比由 1.95 提升至4.48时,承载力提升了209%;不同的螺旋筋直径的极限承载力差值在 5%左右;不同螺旋筋约束直径的极限承载力差值在5%左右;不同螺旋筋高度的极限承载力差值在1%左右.
Study on Localized Pressure-Bearing of Prestressed UHPC Lightweight Anchorage System
Aiming at the structural simplification of the anchorage area in the construction of prestressed concrete structures,a lightweight anchorage system is proposed,and the mechanical performance of the UHPC anchorage is studied by finite element analysis.The results show that there is little difference in the local pressure bearing ca-pacity of the anchoring area and the difference is about 1%when the traditional anchor plate is set and the tradi-tional anchor plate is not set;the local pressure bearing capacity can by effectively improved by setting spiral re-inforcement behind the anchor,and the difference in the local bearing capacity between setting the spiral rein-forcement and not setting the spiral reinforcement are all in the range of 20%and above,and after setting the spi-ral reinforcement behind the anchor,the structural ductility has been greatly improved.Under different local pres-sure ratios,the load carrying capacity is increased by 209%when the local pressure ratio is increased from 1.95 to 4.48;the difference in the ultimate load carrying capacity of different spiral bar diameters is about 5%;the difference in the ultimate load carrying capacity of different restraining diameters of the spiral bars is about 5%;and the difference in the ultimate load carrying capacity of different heights of the spiral bars is about 1%.
