Study on Parameter Sensitivity Analysis and Key Technology of Construction Control of Long-Span Continuous Concrete Girders
In order to solve the problem that the line and stress of large-span prestressed concrete continuous girders are difficult to control in the process of construction monitoring,a three-span continuous girder finite ele-ment model is established based on a practical project,and combining with the theoretical analysis,the calculation method of the pre-arching degree of the whole bridge and the elevation of the segmental elevation are put forward,as well as the parameter sensitivity analysis method of the important influencing factors,and the methods of moni-toring line and stress of the whole bridge are proposed,and the accuracy of the method is verified with the meas-ured data,which has certain guiding significance for the subsequent linear and stress control,construction process and safe use of such bridges.The results of the study show that:the self-weight of concrete and prestress are the most important factors affecting the pre-arch of the main girder,and among the main influencing factors,the change of concrete capacity has the greatest influence on the deformation of the structure,which is about 47.2%,and followed by the error of prestress,which is about 33.9%;in the process of the continuous girder monitoring,linear control and stress control should be adopted,and supplemented by the stress control.
