摘要

为保证磁力泵安全运行并实施有效监控,利用机器视觉和物联网技术,应用单片机作为主控核心设计了一套远程磁力泵故障检测及监测系统.该系统实时监测磁力泵在工业生产中运行状态下的温度、流量、压力等重要指标,并将监控数据按照固定格式上传至云端保存,同时利用机器视觉技术,实时动态监测磁力泵的运行状态,并在磁力泵出现漏液状况时及时发出警告.可为数字工厂、无人工厂建设中的磁力泵控制提供数据基础.

Abstract

In order to ensure the safe operation of magnetic pump and implement effective monitoring,a remote magnetic pump fault detection and monitoring system is designed by using machine vision and Internet of Things technology and taking the single chip microcomputer as the main control core.The system monitors the tempera-ture,flow,pressure and other important indicators of the magnetic pump operating in industrial production in real time,and uploads the monitoring data to the cloud in a fixed format for storage.At the same time,the machine vi-sion technology is used to dynamically monitor the operating status of the magnetic pump in real time and issue a warning when the leakage of the magnetic pump occurs.It can provide data basis for magnetic pump control in digital factory and unmanned factory construction.
