摘要
设计了基于STM32 和OV7725 摄像头的酒精浓度非接触测量系统.系统利用激光折射原理,发射红外激光束,捕捉酒精溶液中的折射光斑,建立数学模型,实现酒精浓度的测量.通过实验,发现测量装置光路受温湿度变换影响较大,通过温湿度传感器模块,采集环境温湿度,用于温湿度补偿.在软件设计方面,系统通过图像采集、二值处理和光斑质点坐标计算,并根据不同酒精浓度与光斑质点坐标值建立数据模型.结果表明该系统具有较高的测量精度和稳定性.
Abstract
A non-contact alcohol concentration measurement system is designed based on STM32 and OV7725 cameras.The system utilizes the principle of laser refraction to emit an infrared laser beam,capture the refracted light spot in the alcohol solution,establish a mathematical model,and achieve the measurement of alcohol concen-tration.Through experiments,it is found that the optical path of the measuring device is greatly affected by tem-perature and humidity changes.The temperature and humidity sensor module is used to collect environmental temperature and humidity for temperature and humidity compensation.In terms of software design,the system uti-lizes image acquisition,binary processing,and spot particle coordinate calculation,and builds a data model based on different alcohol concentrations and spot particle coordinate values.The results indicate that the system has high measurement accuracy and stability,and has certain application value.
