助力甘肃省产业集群高质量发展的税收政策分析

摘要
产业集群高质量发展是打造新质生产力的重要目标之一,甘肃省传统产业面临转型挑战,新兴产业迎来机遇.通过对甘肃重点产业集群及相关税收政策梳理分析,总结出影响甘肃省产业集群高质量发展的主要问题,并从税收角度提出其促进空间集聚、延长产业链、激励创新等政策扶持建议,以期为甘肃省产业集群高质量发展营造良好税收营商环境.
Abstract
The high-quality development of industrial clusters is one of the important goals of building new quali-ty productive forces,the traditional industries in Gansu Province are facing transformation challenges,and emer-ging industries are ushering in opportunities.Based on the analysis of key industrial clusters and related tax poli-cies in Gansu,this paper summarizes the main problems of affecting the high-quality development of industrial clusters in Gansu Province,and tries to put forward policy support suggestions such as promoting spatial agglom-eration,extending the industrial chain,and stimulating innovation from the perspective of taxation,in order to cre-ate a good tax and business environment for the high-quality development of industrial clusters in Gansu Province.
