摘要
发展文旅的新质生产力,因地制宜、因势利导推动县域文化和旅游高质量发展,是实施"强县域"行动的重要举措和有力抓手.立足国家实施乡村振兴战略、甘肃省"强县域"行动等政策,通过深入分析庄浪县发展文旅产业具有的资源优势、面临的政策机遇、存在的困境不足,提出进一步做好文旅产业开发的路径与举措.同时,围绕庄浪县打造文旅名县和生态优县战略,坚持"大旅游、大产业、大发展"理念,统筹全域景区打造、优化配套服务、强化品牌宣传等全链条资源,带动各相关产业协同发展,助推县域产业结构优化升级,助力庄浪"强县域"行动深度实施和经济提质增效,谋求形成可推广的经验做法.
Abstract
To develop the new quality productive forces of literature and tourism,and to promote the high-quality development of county culture and tourism according to local conditions and circumstances are important meas-ures and powerful starting points for the implementation of the"Strong County"action.Based on the national strategy of rural vitalization,"Strong County"action in Gansu Province and other policies,Zhuanglang County's resource advantages,policy opportunities and difficulties in the development of cultural tourism industry are ana-lyzed in depth,this paper proposes ways and measures to further develop cultural tourism industry.Meanwhile,the strategy of building famous and eco-friendly counties around Zhuanglang County,adhering to the concept of"big tourism,big industry and big development",coordinating the whole chain resources such as the creation of all-area scenic spots,optimizing supporting services,strengthening brand publicity,driving the coordinated devel-opment of various related industries,and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the county's industrial structure,helping Zhuanglang County to implement"Strong County"action in-depth and improve economic quali-ty and efficiency,and so as to strive to form the experience and practice that can be popularized.
