摘要
新时代"枫桥经验"厚植中华优秀传统法治文化,从"民惟邦本"的政治思想、"无讼"的传统司法理念,重塑"乡贤文化"等方面,充分展示新时代"枫桥经验"从传统法治文化汲取了丰富的营养,同时将传统法治文化与红色司法实践创新融会贯通.着眼中国当下实际情况,充分发挥新时代"枫桥经验"在乡村振兴中的现代助力,激活法治文化的新时代价值,扎实推进"法律明白人"培养工程等创新基层社会治理的启示,筑牢以自治、德治、法治"三治合一"为途径,注重以政治、法治、德治、自治、智治"五治融合"为抓手,聚势基层治理法治化,夯实依法治国的基层基础.
Abstract
The"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era has deeply rooted in China's excellent traditional legal culture.Drawing on the political ideology of"the people are the foundation of the country",the traditional judi-cial concept of"no litigation",reshaping the"culture of county sage",fully demonstrating that the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era has drawn rich nutrients from traditional legal culture,simultaneously integrating tra-ditional legal culture with the innovation of red judicial practices.Focusing on the current situation in China,fully leveraging the modern assistance of the"Fengqiao Experience"in rural revitalization in the new era,activating the value of the rule of law culture in the new era,solidly promoting the inspiration of innovative grassroots social governance such as the training project for"people who understand the law",and strengthening the integration of autonomy,rule of virtue,and rule of law as the means,emphasizing the integration of politics,rule of law,rule of virtue,autonomy,and intelligent governance as the starting point,and gathering momentum for the legalization of grassroots governance,consolidating the grassroots foundation of law-based governance.
