摘要

培养具有实践创新能力的高素质人才,是应用型本科院校的重要使命.对应用型本科院校参与大学生创新创业训练计划项目的情况进行调查分析,调查结果表明,训练计划项目的实施对大学生的团队协作能力、实践能力有着显著影响,大学生掌握了基本的研究方法,激发了其科学研究的兴趣和热情,总体看来,"大创"对应用型本科院校大学生的实践创新能力具有正向推动作用.建议构建"项目导向+社会实践"的教学模式;加强创新创业师资队伍建设,扩大"双师型"教师规模;开设创新创业研讨课程,建立创新创业教育课程体系;依托各级各类项目,提高大学生的实践创新能力.

Abstract

Cultivating high-quality talents with practical and innovative abilities is an important mission of appli-cation-oriented universities.This study conducts a survey and analysis of the participation of application-oriented universities in innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students.The results show that the implementation of the training program has a significant impact on the teamwork ability and practical ability of college students.College students have mastered basic research methods and aroused their interest and enthusi-asm for scientific research.In general,the"College Students Entrepreneurship"has a positive driving effect on the practical and innovative abilities of college students.It is suggested to build a teaching mode of"project ori-entation+social practice";strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship faculty team,expand the scale of"dual-qualified"teachers;set up seminar on innovation and entrepreneurship,and establish an inno-vation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system;rely on various levels and types of projects to improve the practical and innovative abilities of college students.
