摘要
新工科背景下的地方应用型高校人才培养的目标就是要培养能够解决制约地方支柱产业发展关键技术问题的卓越创新人才.然而目前很多地方应用型高校对工科创新型卓越人才的培养还存在如教师工程实践和人才培养能力薄弱、人才培养路径单一等问题.滁州学院经过多年的探索和实践,凝练总结了"新工科背景下食品专业卓越人才多元协同培养模式"的教学成果,破解了目前食品类专业人才培养中普遍存在的"重理论、轻实践""重科学、轻工程",培养过程与企业需求脱节,工程能力和创新能力不足,以及缺乏领导管理和协作能力等问题,提高了应用型人才培养质量.
Abstract
In the context of the new engineering,the aim of talent cultivation in local application-oriented colleges and universities is to foster outstanding and innovative talents who can solve the key technical problems restricting the development of local pillar industries.However,many local application-oriented colleges and universities cur-rently encounter issues in cultivating innovative talents in engineering fields,such as weak practical experience a-mong teachers in engineering practices and weak talent training ability,as well as the single talent cultivation path.After years of exploration and practical implementation,Chuzhou University has distilled and summarized the teaching achievements of the"Exploration and Practice of a Multi-Dimensional Collaborative Cultivation Mod-el for Outstanding Talent in the Food Industry Under the Background of the New Engineering",this endeavor has effectively addressed the problems commonly existing in the cultivation of talents of food majors,such as"empha-sizing theory,neglecting practice""emphasizing science,neglecting engineering",detachment between the train-ing process and the needs of enterprises,inadequate engineering abilities and innovation capabilities,and a defi-ciency in leadership,management,and collaboration abilities.Consequently,improving the quality of application-oriented talent training.
