燃料电池阴离子交换膜聚合物主链的研究进展

阴离子交换膜(AEM)是碱性燃料电池的重要组成部分,由聚合物主链、阳离子基团和可移动的阴离子组成.为保证燃料电池稳定运行,AEM应具备高电导率、高机械强度、良好的尺寸稳定性和优异的化学稳定性等特征.聚合物主链是AEM的根基,决定了AEM的综合性能.文章综述了AEM聚合物主链的研究进展,探讨了无醚芳基主链AEM的主链结构单元、链结构及其性能调控,并对AEM的合成方法和主链备选材料进行了展望.
Progress in Polymer Backbone of Anion Exchange Membrane for Fuel Cells
Anion exchange membrane(AEM)is one of the important components of alkaline fuel cells,comprising a polymer backbone,cationic groups,and movable anions.To ensure the stable operation of the fuel cell,the AEM should possess high electrical conductivity,high mechanical strength,and good dimensional stability and chemical stability.The polymer backbone is fundamental to the AEM and determines its overall performance.This paper summarizes the research progress on the AEM polymer backbone,discusses the structural units of ether-free aryl backbone AEM,chain structure,andproperty regulation,and provides an outlook on the synthesis methods of AEM and alternative backbone materials.
