外源CaCl2对盐胁迫下棉花种子萌发及幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响

为探究盐胁迫下氯化钙(CaCl2)引发对棉花种子萌发、幼苗生长及叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响,以棉花品种"天云0769"为供试材料,采用纸上萌发处理,研究不同浓度CaCl2(0、10、20、30、40、50mmol·L-1浸种后,在150mmol·L-1盐(NaCl)胁迫下,棉花种子萌发指标(GP、GR、GI、VI)、幼苗生物量、电解质渗出率及抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT和APX)活性的影响.研究表明,在150mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下,棉花种子萌发指标(GP、GR、GI、VI)、棉花幼苗干、鲜重及抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT和APX)活性均较CK显著下降(P<0.05),电解质渗出率升高;CaCl2浸种处理后,随CaCl2浓度升高棉花种子萌发指标(GP、GR、GI、VI)、幼苗干、鲜重及抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT和APX)活性均呈先升后降趋势,电解质渗出率呈先降后升的趋势.由此表明,CaCl2浸种对盐胁迫具有一定缓解作用,其中20mmol·L-1CaCl2缓解效果最佳,显著减轻了盐胁迫对棉花种子萌发、幼苗生长、抗氧化能力及细胞膜的危害,增强棉花耐盐性.
Effects of Exogenous CaCl2 on Cotton Seed Germination and Antioxi-dant Enzymes Activities of Seedling Leaves under Salt Stress
To explore the effects of exogenous calcium chloride(CaCl2)initiator on cotton seed germination,seedlings growth and antioxidant enzymes activities of leaf under salt stress,'Tianyun 0769'was used as acotton variety for testing material.The experi-ment was carried out fiter paper that seeds could germinate on it.With the conditions of salt concentration(NaCl,150 mmol/L)and calcium chloride concentration(CaCl2,0,10,20,30,40,50 mmol/L),the effects of exogenous CaCl2 on cotton seed germination index(GP,GR,GI,VI),seedling biomass,electrolyte exudation rate and activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT and APX)under salt stress were studied.The research showed that cotton seed germination index(GP,GR,GI,VI),the dry mass and fresh mass of cotton seedlings,the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT and APX)decreased significantly compared with CK(P<0.05)under 150mmol/L NaCl stress,the electrolyte leakage rate increased under the same other conditions.With the increase of CaCl2 concentration,cotton seed germination indexes(GP,GR,GI,VI),the dry mass and fresh mass of cotton seedlings,activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT and APX)were firstly increased and then decreased,the electrolyte exudation rate was firstly decreased and then increased after soaking the seeds with CaCl2.The results suggested that soaking seeds with CaCl2 could alleviate the injury of salt stress to some extent.When the concentration of CaCl2 is 20 mmol/L,the remission effect is the best,it significantly re-duced the harm of salt stress on cotton seed germination,seedling growth,antioxidant capacity and cell membrane,cotton seedling had also been become more tolerant to salt stress.
