In die-casting mold production,there is often a pore structure of the product is reflected in the die-casting mold,which is elongated and high boss.Since the casting mold is strong erosion,causing serious erosion mold structure or stick mode phenomenon,produced by the emergence of product defects.The authors'practical ex-perience in the mold industry,from design ideas to the process of such structures,improves and enhances the serv-ice life of the mold,in order to meet production requirements.
