摘要

顺北 1-7H井位于顺托果勒低隆北缘,设计井深 7726.51m,是四开制超深开发水平井.该井地质结构复杂,钻进过程中穿越多套地层,施工中钻井液井壁稳定技术难度大.针对不同井段及不同地层岩性,采用不同的钻井液体系,配合相应的现场钻井液维护处理工艺,保证了施工的顺利进行,施工中井壁稳定,井身质量好,取得了优快钻井的良好效果.

Abstract

Shunbei 1-7 H well was located at the north edge of Shuntuogole low uplift.The designed depth was 7726.51m,and it was a four-spud ultra-deep development horizontal well.The geological structure of the well was complex,and the drilling process passes through multiple sets of strata,and the drilling fluid technology about wellbore stability was difficult in the construction.According to different well sections and different formation lithology,different drilling fluid systems and corresponding drilling fluid maintenance and treatment processes were adopted to ensure the smooth progress of the construction,the stability of the well wall during the course of drilling,the good quality of the well bore,and the excellent and fast drilling effect.
