超声预处理对无机矿物质浮选回收率的影响研究

为了消除煤泥浮选过程中无机矿物质对精煤造成的污染,选取西曲 9#焦煤为试验对象,研究超声波预处理对煤泥浮选过程中无机矿物质回收率的影响.结果表明:西曲9#焦煤中主要含有的无机矿物质包括高岭石、石英、方解石及黄铁矿,经不同超声强度和超声时间预处理后,煤泥中方解石的衍射峰基本消失且可燃体回收率均得到了提高;经强度为 87.5W、作用时间为 15 min 的超声波预处理煤浆后高岭石浮选回收率为28.54%,而未使用超声波预处理时高岭石浮选回收率为 31.67%.经强度为 112.5 W、作用时间为 10 min的超声波处理过后的煤浆的方解石浮选回收率为 1.41%,而未使用超声波预处理时方解石浮选回收率为 1.59%,经超声波预处理后石英浮选回收率较未处理时变小,而黄铁矿经超声波预处理后较未处理时变大.
Research on Effect of Ultrasonic Pretreatment of Coal Slurry on Inorganic Minerals Flotation Recovery Rate
In order to eliminate the pollution caused by inorganic minerals to clean coal in the process of slime flotation,Xiqu 9#coking coal was selected as the test object to study the influence of ultrasonic pretreatment on the recovery rate of inorganic minerals in the process of slime flotation.The results show that the main inorganic mineral components contained in Xiqu 9#coking coal are kaolinite,calcite,quartz and pyrite.After pretreatment with different ultrasonic intensities and ultrasonic times,the diffraction peaks of calcite in coal slime basically disappear and combustibles are recovered.The flotation recovery rate of kaolinite after ultrasonic pretreatment of coal slurry with an intensityof87.5 Wand an action time of 15 min is28.54%,while the recoveryrate of kaolinite flotation is 28.54%without ultrasonic pretreatment of 31.67%.The recovery rate of calcite flotation of coal slurry after ultrasonic treatment with intensity of 112.5 Wand action time of 10 min was 1.41%,while the recovery rate of calcite flotation without ultrasonic pretreatment was 1.59%.After ultrasonic pretreatment,the recovery rate of quartz flotation becomes smaller than that when untreated,while the recovery rate of pyrite after ultrasonic pretreatment becomes larger than that when untreated.
