Research on the Path of Improving Governance Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges
Improving the internal governance structure and enhancing governance capabilities is an urgent task for vocational colleges to deepen the reform of their governance system.This article focuses on the internal organizational and management models of vocational colleges,as well as the many problems that exist in the digital transformation process.Taking Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College as an example,by analyzing the path of improving the school's governance capacity and the methods of governance system reform,especially the comprehensive evaluation of its governance reform effect,this article analyzes and explores the governance system reform of the school,On this basis,research is conducted on the path to enhance the governance capacity of vocational colleges,with the aim of providing reference and reference for the improvement of governance capacity in vocational colleges.
