Citric Acid Ionic Liquid Removes Alkaline Nitrides from Simulated Oil
N-methylpyrrolidone citrate ionic liquid has been synthesized in this paper. The structure of the reaction product is consistent with that of the proposed synthetic product. The effects of different reaction conditions on the removal rate of basic nitrogen in quinoline simulated gasoline were investigated and the optimum process conditions were determined. The experimental results showed that the removal effect of alkaline nitrogen was the best when the process conditions were 60℃,40 min and the ratio of agent to oil was 1∶10,up to 96.94%.After repeated recycling for 4 times, the removal rate of basic nitrogen can still reach 71.85%,and the removal effect of basic nitrogen is good.
