外文摘要：This paper expounds the important role of the standardization construction of the technology contract certification registration agency in promoting the progress of science and technology,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and promoting the sustainable development of technology market.Based on the analysis of the work status of the technology contract certification registration agency in Gansu Province,the paper puts forward some suggestions on standardization construction,in order to improve the quality of technology contract certification registration and the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Gansu Province.
