摘要
阐述了技术合同认定登记机构的规范化建设在推动科学技术进步,促进科技成果转化,推进技术市场可持续发展等方面的重要作用.并通过剖析甘肃省技术合同认定登记机构的工作现状,结合工作实践,提出了规范化建设的建议,以期提高甘肃省技术合同认定登记质量和科技成果转移转化成效.
Abstract
This paper expounds the important role of the standardization construction of the technology contract certification registration agency in promoting the progress of science and technology,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and promoting the sustainable development of technology market.Based on the analysis of the work status of the technology contract certification registration agency in Gansu Province,the paper puts forward some suggestions on standardization construction,in order to improve the quality of technology contract certification registration and the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Gansu Province.
