发挥好校风教风学风建设在文化育人中的作用研究

摘要
校风教风学风是高等教育内涵建设的关键环节,是高校人才培养质量的根本保障,是高等学校提升社会声誉的直接评价来源和治理能力的集中体现,对于学生的全面发展和人格塑造具有重要作用.通过对校风教风学风概念的定义和特征进行阐述,并探讨了其在文化育人中的作用和意义.研究发现,良好的校风教风学风可以培养学生的品德修养,素养养成,能够帮助学生塑造正确的"三观",提升学生的学术素养和综合素质.然而,当前在三风建设过程中存在一些问题和挑战,如校风教风学风建设不够深入、学生参与度不高等.据此,提出了一些策略和建议,包括加强校风教风学风建设的组织领导、完善相关制度和政策、开展多样化的文化育人活动等,以促进校风教风学风建设在文化育人中的发挥.
Abstract
This research focuses on investigating the significance and impact of establishing a good school atmosphere,teaching style,and learning culture in character education.A good school atmosphere refers to the overall environment and ethos of the educational institution,while teaching style and learning culture encompass the attitudes,methods,and values adopted by teachers and students.This study aims to explore the role played by these factors in nurturing students'character and personal development.Through an analysis of existing literature and empirical research,this study provides insights into the importance of fostering a positive educational environment and offers strategies to optimize school atmosphere,teaching style,and learning culture for effective character education.
