Technical Parameter Optimization of Jena EA5000 Sulfur and Nitrogen Analyzer
Jena EA5000 instrument elemental analysis instrument is a commonly used elemental analysis instrument in laboratories,which can accurately analyze elements such as sulfur,chlorine and nitrogen.The detection level is PPB level,so the production in chemical analysis can improve the accurate data basis.Therefore,maintaining the instrument is also the top priority of the work.So I changed the technical parameters of the instrument to prolong the service life of the instrument,reduce the replacement frequency of the cracking tube of the instrument,save the amount of carrier gas,and save the cost of analysis.For individual samples with large content and high viscosity and volatile samples,the original horizontal furnace weighing analysis was changed to a shorter vertical path for analysis.In view of the above,it is also extremely important to maintain the instrument.Therefore,in order to carry out the assay and analysis more efficiently,the technical parameters of the instrument were optimized based on the concept of increasing efficiency.
