端面微流槽对液体润滑机械密封性能的影响

为研究螺旋槽和矩形槽机械密封环在液体润滑下的密封特性,用Solidworks软件建立三维润滑液膜模型,将模型在ICEM划分网格后导入Fluent对两槽密封泄漏特性分析.研究结果表明:在一定压力下,螺旋槽和矩形槽内液膜压力、泄漏量均随转速的增大而增大,矩形槽内形成的液膜压力和泄漏量始终大于螺旋槽,但矩形槽内的液膜稳定性较好;同时矩形槽的泄漏量在低速环境下变化曲率急剧而高速环境下趋于平稳;而螺旋槽在整个服役环境下的泄漏量变化率恰好与矩形槽相反.
Effect of Microfluidic Grooves on the Performance of Liquid-Lubricated Mechanical Seals
In order to study the sealing characteristics of the spiral groove and rectangular groove mechanical seal rings under liquid lubrication,a three-dimensional lubricating liquid film model was established with Solidworks software,and the model was meshed by ICEM and imported into Fluent to analyze the leakage characteristics of the two groove seals.At the same time,the leakage of the rectangular groove changes sharply in the low-speed environment and tends to be stable in the high-speed environment.The leakage rate of the spiral groove is exactly the opposite of that of the rectangular groove in the whole service environment.
