负温环境下外加珍珠岩轻集料混凝土耐久性能研究

针对负温环境中外加珍珠岩轻集料混凝土的耐久性进行探讨,分析了负温环境对外加珍珠岩轻集料混凝土性能的影响,包括强度、抗渗性、抗冻性等方面的变化,以及珍珠岩轻集料混凝土在该环境下的适用性.介绍了珍珠岩轻集料混凝土的材料组成、特性以及其基础理论应用.通过对负温环境下混凝土的性能影响进行综合分析,在模拟的负温情况下,设计了一系列耐久性能实验,并对实验数据进行了分析,对珍珠岩轻集料混凝土的耐久性能进行了评估.相应研究成果为负温环境下混凝土建筑材料的选择和应用提供了科学依据,对提升此类材料的使用寿命和安全性具有一定意义,不仅为寒冷地区的混凝土施工提供了理论依据和技术支持,也为混凝土材料的耐久性研究提供了新的思路和方法.
Study on Durability of Externally Lightweight Aggregate Concrete at Negative Temperature Mixed with Perlite
This paper discusses the durability of light aggregate concrete with perlite in negative temperature environment,and analyzes the influence of negative temperature environment on the performance of light aggregate concrete with perlite,it includes the change of strength,impermeability,Frost resistance and the applicability of perlite lightweight aggregate concrete in this environment.This paper introduces the material composition,characteristics and basic theory application of perlite lightweight aggregate concrete.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the performance of concrete in negative temperature environment,a series of durability experiments were designed under the simulated negative temperature environment,and the experimental data were analyzed,the durability of perlite lightweight aggregate concrete was evaluated.The corresponding research results provide scientific basis for the selection and application of concrete construction materials under negative temperature environment,and have certain significance for improving the service life and safety of such materials,it not only provides theoretical basis and technical support for concrete construction in cold area,but also provides new ideas and methods for the durability research of concrete materials.
