基于大数据技术的室内设计客户信息管理系统构建

针对室内设计领域传统客户关系管理系统在用户信息管理方面存在的难存储、分析慢等问题,研究创新性地提出基于大数据技术的室内设计客户信息管理系统.系统融合了Scrapy爬虫技术与Springboot框架,不仅实现了对室内设计定价等关键信息的高效获取,而且搭建了一个能够应对海量客户数据的智能化分类与管理平台.数据分析显示,在处理8G的客户信息文件时,改进自动计算机算法的耗时为5.222s,显著优于原始算法.随后对信息管理系统性能验证发现,研究提出的系统点击率波动稳定,且其请求响应时间均低于2s.以上结果表明,研究通过创新性地整合大数据与智能化技术,成功构建了高效稳定的室内设计客户信息管理系统.系统不仅显著提升了管理效率,也为增强客户满意度提供了有力支持.
Construction of Interior Design Customer Information Analysis System Based on Big Data Technology
Aiming at the problems of the traditional customer relationship management system in the field of interior design,such as difficult storage and slow analysis,an interior design customer information management system based on big data technology is innovatively proposed.The system integrates Scrapy crawler technology and Springboot framework,which not only realizes efficient acquisition of key information such as interior design pricing,but also builds an intelligent classification and management platform that can cope with massive customer data.Data analysis shows that when processing 8G of customer information files,the time of the improved automatic computer algorithm is 5.222s,which is significantly better than the original algorithm.Then we verify the performance of the information management system,and find that the CTR of the proposed system fluctuates steadily,and its request response time is less than 2s.The above results show that through the innovative integration of big data and intelligent technology,the research successfully builds an efficient and stable interior design customer information management system.The system not only significantly improves management efficiency,but also provides strong support for enhancing customer satisfaction.
