摘要
随着大学生毕业人数增加、经济下行压力增大,大学生就业形势不容乐观.而甘肃作为欠发达地区,大学生毕业去向落实率受学生就业观念、家长认识局限、地域经济发展水平等因素制约,大学生毕业去向落实率一直不慎理想.要想改变这一现状,就要通过引导大学生转变就业观念、加强家校联动、"请进来"、"走出去"加强与企业对接,真正实现甘肃高校毕业生高质量就业.
