Political Disciplinary Inspection:Definition,Elements and Features
Political inspection is an important theoretical and practical innovation achievement of CPC central committee since the 18th CPC National Congress.At present,the academic community mainly explain political inspection from three angles,namely political function,operation mechanism and supervision content,while the practical departments understand political inspection separately as a specific supervision work,a functional orientation and a work requirement.Generally speaking,the theoretical and practical departments have certain limitations in understanding the concept of political inspection.Political inspection has a broad sense and a narrow sense.In the narrow sense,as a specific political practice,political inspection supervision has a specific scope and focus in its subject,object,content and goal.It is precisely because of the characteristics of the constituent elements of politi-cal inspection that political inspection has been attributed the main characteristics of authority from superior supervision,the de-terrence of heterogeneous supervision,the universality of mass supervision,the effectiveness of on-site supervision,the accuracy of special supervision,the systematic quality in linkage supervision and the strategic quality in comprehensive supervision.
