摘要
我国国家治理呈现"一核多元"、全域覆盖的特点,要实现国家治理的现代化,就必须构建党的全面领导下协同高效、分工明确的现代化治理体系.中国共产党巡视制度不仅是完善党的领导体系的战略制度保障,还通过党内监督进一步强化了党在国家治理体系中的领导地位,而国家治理现代化又为中国共产党巡视制度的完善提供了理论指导和实践路径.中国共产党巡视制度建设与国家治理现代化相互促进、相得益彰,两者统一于中华民族伟大复兴的实践过程之中.
Abstract
China's national governance features in characteristics of"one core,multiple and overall coverage".In order to realize the modernization of state governance,it is necessary to build a modern governance system with coordination,efficiency and clear division of labor under the comprehensive leadership of the Party,so as to give full play to the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The inspection system of the Communist Party of China strategically guarantees its leadership,and consolidates this leadership by means of inner-Party supervision,which is provided with theoretical guideline and methods of implementation for the supervision system by state governance modernization.The modernization of state governance and the construction of the inspection system of the Communist Party of China complement and promote each other,which are unified in the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
