As the result of legal norms which affect the society,legal relation is the form of the legal order.The jurisprudence of the Soviet Union had much greater impact on the theory of legal relation in China.Then the scholars had a reflection and innovation of the theory of legal relation.The theory of legal relation in China covers the basic properties,the main elements and methodology.To crystallize into a theoretical consciousness of the theory of legal relation.The theoretical perspective focus on a distinctive class character.To conform to the development of the rule of law,The theoretical perspective places equal emphasis on class character and social character.The research methods become multicultural,focusing on comprehensive method,such as conceptual analysis and logical analysis.To integrate Marxist method and specific method.The key problem changes from theoretical self-consistency to legal practice.It would be a tendency of independent theory of legal relation in China.
