Ability Constraints and Demand Preferences:A Study on the Life Style and Optimization Path of Elderly Care Clothing for Rural Difficult Elderly——A Case Study of Donglin County,Inner Mongolia
Currently,the limited elderly care resources in rural areas are mainly limited to the group of elderly people living in extreme poverty,and there are also some elderly people who face living difficulties due to insufficient economic capacity,physical function,and care resources.How to fill the supply and demand gap of elderly care services for rural elderly people with difficulties,and optimize the elderly care service model for rural elderly people with difficulties,is an essential part of the national strategy to actively respond to aging.The research object of the paper is expanded on the basis of the special difficulties of elderly people represented by extremely impoverished individuals.Through a comprehensive ability assessment framework and a hierarchy of needs assessment system,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the living style of elderly people in difficulties.Based on the interactive perspective of supply and demand adaptation,the correlation between current rural elderly care services and elderly people in difficulties is studied from four dimensions:adequacy,accessibility,adaptability,and stability,And propose optimization paths for elderly care services for rural elderly in need from the perspective of supply and demand coordination.
