摘要
抗日战争时期,为了改变传统小农的生产经营方式,发展农业经济,提高农民生活水平,华中抗日根据地开展了制订兴家计划的工作.在实践中,虽然此项工作遭遇了诸多困境,产生了一些不足,但是中共边探索边总结出一套改进与提高的方法,包括宣传释疑、注重策略、干部先订、因户施策、提供贷款、劳动互助、生产竞赛.最终,兴家计划取得了一定的成绩,彰显的意义更大.这是中国共产党通过自身组织全面扩张、渗透进农民家庭,开展生产动员,制订兴家计划,改造家庭伦理,进行精准扶助,把分散的小农经济组织化与计划化的一次伟大尝试.
Abstract
During the Anti-Japanese War;in order to change the production and management mode of traditional small-scale farmers;develop agricultural economy and improve the living standards of farmers;central China carried out the work of formulating the plan of rejuvenating the family according to the Anti-Japanese policy.In practice;although the Communist Party of China is faced with many difficulties and has some shortcomings;it has summed up a set of improvement mechanism while exploring;including propaganda and explanation of doubts;paying attention to strategies;cadres setting first;implementing policies according to households;providing loans;labor mutual assistance and production competition.In the end;the Xingjia project has achieved certain results;showing greater significance.This is a great attempt of the Communist Party of China to organize and plan the scattered small-scale peasant economy by expanding and infiltrating into peasant families through its own organization;carrying out production mobilization;formulating the plan of rejuvenating the family;transforming family ethics;and providing accurate assistance.
