A Rural Expression of a New Road to Chinese-style Rule of Law Modernization
For the construction of democracy and rule of law in rural China,the villagers'self-governance system has had a particularly profound impact.The new era poses new challenges to villagers'self-governance,and the new stage requires new changes in villagers'self-governance.As the rural expression of the new road of Chinese rule of law modernization,the construction of rule of law countryside is the new background for the development of villagers'self-governance system,and the"integration of three governance"is the new path for the development of villagers'self-governance system.The villagers'self-governance in the context of the construction of the village under the rule of law does not dissolve the autonomy,and certainly cannot dilute the rule of law.The villagers'self-governance system is a discourse expression of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics,forming a unique rule of law scenario-the consultative rule of law.It is important to note that the consultative rule of law is not synonymous with submission,compromise,or compromise,but is an academic overview of Chinese rule of law practice.Specifically,the theory and practice of grassroots consultative democracy constitute the institutional basis of consultative rule of law,the rural governance system of"integration of three governance"forms the theoretical guidance of consultative rule of law,and the rural model of Chinese-style rule of law modernization has formed the fundamental core of consultative rule of law.
