Practical Logic and Functional Orientation of Farmers'County Urbanization——Based on Multi-point Survey in Agricultural Counties in the Mid-west Regions
County urbanization has become an important part of China's new urbanization road. The multi-point investigation of agricultural counties in the central and western regions found that the current urbanization practice in counties is continuously carried out by peasant families under the internal and external push and pull of"running education".After entering the city, peasant families generally adopt the family planning strategy of part-time work and part-farming,the inter-generational amphibious consumption strategy and the education strategy of separation of education to ensure the stability of county life order with the realization of educational goals as the core. However,as the county is a non-production center, its development is based on the two-way dependence on urban and rural resources within the family, and the practice process of urbanization of peasant counties is not stable. In this regard,it is necessary to clarify the functional orientation of county urbanization practice from the perspective of regional differences, that is,it should be"transitional"rather than"excessive"in scale; The content should focus on"service"rather than"management";In space,we should radiate"county territory"instead of"county town"in order to give full play to the function of county territory as an"enlarged stabilizer"and return to the new urbanization road based on people.
