The Rural Semi-Industrialization and the Development Direction of County Economy in the Process of Urban-Rural Integration
Based on the advantages of proximity to the market center, low land cost and sufficient semi-labor resources, the semi-market center has the priority to undertake the industrial transfer of the eastern developed areas, showing the development path of rural semi-industrialization.The rural semi-industrialization is different from the mature path of complete industrialization in the eastern developed areas. It shows the characteristics of local embeddedness in plant layout, labor arrangement and enterprise management, etc.,and satisfies the needs of local surplus labor to work nearby. The development of rural semi-industrialization is embedded in the order of rural social development, which conforms to the livelihood pattern and family development goals of peasant families. The construction of industrial parks squeezes the rural industrial development embedded in local society, resulting in the mutual exclusion of the relationship between industry and agriculture and the separation of the relationship between urban and rural areas.According to the objective conditions, the county economy should maintain the small and medium-sized semi-industrial industries in the county space, and take the road of positive interaction between industrialization and county urbanization with farmers as the main body.
