Tao Yuanming pays close attention to his own"body"and"shape"in his poems and articles,and truly records his own life course and body feelings.The transition from"strong and fierce"in his youth to his declining appearance in old age gave him anxiety and fear.Tao Yuanming also wrote about various hidden bodies,such as the"body"and"shape"that were destroyed by fatigue,hunger and illness,and the"body"and"shape"that were left unchecked under the condition of drunkenness.Based on this,Tao Yuanming abstracted a"body"that transcends the physique,and put forward the idea of"valuing the body"and"nourishing the shape".In reality,he practiced it by nourishing the shape with god,being unconstrained,participating in labor,and being content with few desires.His poetic expression of"body"and"shape"is mainly reflected in:taking the vulgar as elegant,giving aesthetic observation;self-shaping,strengthening the construction of subjectivity;using metaphors to express resistance to society;borrowing the body,it presents the philosophy of visualization and artistic.
