国外积极老龄化的发展经验能为我国积极应对人口老龄化国家战略提供借鉴.基于科学知识图谱,通过分析Web of Science中国外积极老龄化的研究成果,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对1406篇文献进行定量分析发现:国外积极老龄化研究经历了初步探索期、快速增长期和多元发展期,研究主题涉及老年医学、环境科学、营养学、心理学、经济学等多元学科.国外积极老龄化研究的热点主题包括老年人衰老、疾病和健康、老年人社会参与、老年人社会支持和从理念到战略的转变.研究前沿聚焦老年人所处的复杂的环境因素对于其"变老"过程的影响,并通过制度支持和政策实施来优化其所处环境,高龄老人愈加受到学界关注.鉴于此,国内积极老龄化实践应健全政策体系和工作顶层设计,完善社会保障、养老服务和健康支撑体系,积极发展老年银发经济,推进老年友好型社会建设,鼓励多元主体参与,形成积极老龄化的社会共识.
Research Evolution,Cutting-edge Hotspots,and Development Trends of Active Ageing in Foreign Countries
The development experience of active ageing in foreign countries can provide reference for China's national strategy to actively respond to population aging.Based on mapping knowledge domains,by analyzing the research results of Web of Science on active ageing abroad,and using CiteSpace and VOSviewerto quantitatively analyze 1406 articles,it was found that research on active ageing in foreign countries has gone through a preliminary exploration period,a rapid growth period,and a diversified development period.The research topics involve multiple disciplines such as geriatric medicine,environmental science,nutrition,psychology,and economics.The hot topics of active ageing research abroad include research on aging,disease and health of the elderly,research on social participation of the elderly,social support for the elderly,and the transformation from concept to strategy.The forefront of research focuses on the impact of complex environmental factors on the aging process of the elderly,and optimizes their environment through institutional support and policy implementation.The elderly are increasingly receiving attention from the academic community.In view of this,active ageing practices in China should establish a sound policy system and top-level design,improve social security,elderly care services,and health support systems,actively develop the silver haired economy for the elderly,promote the construction of an elderly friendly society,encourage the participation of multiple stakeholders,and form a social consensus on active ageing.
