摘要
新中国成立以来,中国共产党在"为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴"的初心使命指引下,围绕社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代三个时期的城市工作重点任务,分别将城市文化建设重心落脚在服务于独立自主的政治经济体制建设、服务于满足人民物质文化需求、服务于中国特色社会主义现代化国家建设.75年来,中国共产党在城市文化建设的实践探索中,积累了坚持与时俱进、坚持人民至上、坚持开拓创新、坚持多元融合的城市文化建设经验.结合物质文明和精神文明相协调的中国式现代化战略部署,未来城市文化建设应遵循以人为本的价值取向,符合中国式城市现代化建设要求,推动多种先进文化的有机统一.
Abstract
Under the guidance of the original mission of"seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation",the CPC,centering on the tasks of urban work in the socialist revolution and construction period,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist construction,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,respectively focuses on the urban culture construction to serve the construction of an independent political and economic system,to meet the material and cultural needs of the people,and to serve the construction of a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics.For the past 75 years,the CPC has accumulated experience in the urban culture construction by adhering to the principles of keeping pace with The Times,putting the people first,pursuing innovation,and integrating diversity.Combined with the strategic deployment of Chinese modernization,which is coordinated between material civilization and spiritual civilization,the future urban culture construction should follow the people-oriented value orientation,meet the requirements of Chinese urban modernization,and promote the organic unity of various advanced cultures.
