A Practical Study on Improving Rural Drinking Water in Contemporary Beijing
The rural areas in the suburbs of Beijing are affected by the geographical environment,and farmers have long faced difficulties in obtaining water,using water,and ensuring drinking water hygiene.Since the founding of PRC,CPC and the government have taken rural drinking water improvement as an important work to protect the health of farmers and improve the rural sanitation environment.Focusing on the"water history"of the daily drinking water improvement of rural people in contemporary Beijing,and exploring the policy development,livelihood practices and social changes behind the"water history",not only can we vertically examine the development and changes of the CPC's livelihood construction policies,but also horizontally examine the technological changes in water resources access and daily sanitation concepts in rural society at different historical stages,but also can combine the development of the CPC's policy of governance with the people's livelihood and living conditions,and comprehensively analyze the historical context of the CPC's unremitting efforts to improve people's livelihood.
