Resource Allocation and Value Integration:Deconstruction of the Landscape of Social Organization Party Building Models——A Comparative Case Analysis of Four Social Organizations in Shanghai City
Strengthening the party building in social organizations(SO)is not only a key approach to consolidating the party's social authority and promoting the healthy and orderly development of SOs in the new era,but also an important link in achieving the party's overall leadership.Although the academic community has conducted research on SOs'party building at multiple levels, there is a lack of in-depth discussion on SOs'party building models and action strategies from a micro perspective. Therefore, this study, drawing on political integration theory, constructs an analytical framework for SOs'party building models based on two dimensions:resource allocation and value integration, and thereby divides them into four types of party building models:bidirectional integration, interest aggregation, identity consolidation, and interactive dysfunction. The comparative case analysis of four social organizations in Shanghai shows that, the bidirectional integration type is the most suitable for the connotation of SOs'high-quality party building in the new era. This study enriches the theoretical research on SOs'party building and can provide beneficial insights for the practice of SOs'high-quality party building work.
