数字经济对工资的影响效应研究

基于工作任务模型构建数字经济影响劳动力供给需求均衡的分析框架,考察数字经济的工资效应,并基于中国劳动力动态调查数据进行实证分析.研究发现,数字经济发展有助于工资水平的提升,这一作用主要通过促进劳动力人力资本投资和拓宽就业信息获取渠道来实现.由于数字经济发展对劳动力技能需求结构的重塑以及对低技能劳动力就业的冲击,数字经济的工资提升效应主要体现在白领职业、服务业行业、受教育水平较高、年龄较低、女性以及城市户籍的劳动力群体.随着时间推移,数字经济的工资提升效应逐渐增大.随着工资分布分位点的提高,数字经济对工资的正向影响逐渐提升.因此,政府部门在推动数字经济发展,促进劳动者工资提升的同时,也需警惕数字经济对低技能劳动力群体的就业冲击和不同收入群体工资差距的扩大,促进共同富裕目标的实现.
Research on the Impact of the Digital Economy on Wages
Based on the job task model,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the impact of digital economy on the balance between labor supply and demand,examines the wage effect of digital economy,and makes an empirical analysis based on the data of China Labor-Force Dynamic Survey.The results show that the development of digital economy contributes to the improvement of wage level,which is mainly realized by promoting the investment of labor and human capital and broadening the access channels of employment information.Due to the reshaping of the skill demand structure of labor and the impact of the development of digital economy on the employment of low-skilled labor,the wage increasing effect of digital economy is mainly reflected in white-collar occupations,service industries,labor groups with higher education level,younger age,female and urban household registration.As time goes by,the wage-raising effect of the digital economy gradually increases.As the quantiles of the wage distribution increase,the positive effect of the digital economy on wages gradually increases.Therefore,government departments should promote the development of digital economy and raise workers'wages while being vigilant of the employment impact on low-skilled labor force and the widening of income gap between different groups,thus promoting the realization of the goal of common prosperity.
