The Internal Logic and Practical Path of New Quality Productivity and Institution Innovation in Pilot Free Trade Zone
The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the importance of"Improving the institutions and mechanisms for fostering new quality productive forces in line with local conditions"and"implement the strategy for upgrading pilot free trade zones".As the core task of China's Pilot Trade Free Zones,institutional innovation reflects the adjustment and reform of production relations.Based on the dialectical unity principle of productive forces and relations of production,the development of new quality productivity inevitably requires the new relations of production through institutional innovation,and further promote the construction of a new industrial system that is in line with the new quality productivity.This paper explores the internal logic relationship between institutional innovation and new quality productivity,and further discusses the practical path of their integrated development.That is,according to the requirements of the development of new quality productivity,the level of institutional innovation should be comprehensively improved by problem-oriented,target-oriented and technology-oriented,so as to promote the implementation of the enhancement strategy of the Pilot Free Trade Zone,and at the same time builds a new type of relationship by institutional innovation to develop new quality productivity.
